As ASİS Automation, we aim to prevent any accidents and resulting adverse effects and to ensure that our activities do not present any risk both for our employees and other people.

For this reason, we aim to eliminate risk by defining possible problems that we may come upon and to take all necessary measures.

We have established rules for safe working, worker health and environment issues by assessing all dangers and making risk analysis.
All ASİS workers will abide these rules to ensure the continuity of the system.

All rules that must be complied with during the activities of ASİS are defined in the safety, health and environment specification.

ASİS have prepared its safety, health and environment specification by determining HSE policies, objectives and commitments.

All branches of ASİS must conform to these rules.

OUR HSE POLICY

The policies that are the basis of our safety, health and environment specification, that guide us in our activities and that are the signs of our determination are;
- Not giving harm to human health, the environment and the resources,
- Carrying our measurable HSE performance to the highest level,
- Developing products and services that are in compliance with all related national and international laws, regulations and standards,
- Taking all necessary precautions to completely prevent accidents and continuously developing these precautions,
- Being aware that HSE activities are not only performed by technical installations, healthy facilities and equipments but by qualified personnel and the HSE culture at the same time, 
- Ensuring that all personnel performing ASİS activities are made conscious of safety, health and environment issue.



HSE OBJECTIVES

Our objectives for carrying our activities to a point where there will be no risks concerning work/worker health, environmental health and safety are;

- Ensuring that all personnel participate in our HSE activities,
- Creating the infrastructure required for the continuity of HSE policies,
- Implementing related standards and creating work instructions to increase productivity in work,
- Ensuring that the work and the worker suit each other for our activities to be performed effectively,
- Determining the existing risks with the participation of all employees and fixing the deficiencies in the system by immediately evaluating the accidents made by our employees,
- High work safety performance and motivation that is maintained by creating a healthy and safe work environment,
- Creating a "Risk Form" that shows the importance level of risks and ensuring that these risks are well understood by the employees,
- Creating necessary mechanisms to reach these objectives and ensuring that they are understood by making exercises,
- Making an "emergency state plan" that must be complied with in emergencies.

and checking their operability in regular intervals.
